Nepeta stared down at her messaging device, her emerald eyes wide and sparkling, a hand over her parted lips in awe. ___ felt the same way... she did? It took her a moment to accept the fact, but once she registered it, she took off to find you.

She shouted your name through the halls, through every room, until she found you. You turned around with a quizzical expression, you opened your mouth to say something, but Nepeta had tackled you to the ground before you could react.

"___!" She squealed happily as she licked your cheeks, over and over again. You blushed deeply, but you laughed and playfully pushed her away. "What are you doing, Nepeta!?"

"I have to show you something!" Nepeta squealed as she pulled you to your feet and took off running with you. You barely had time to catch your footing. She seemed extremely excited about something and you were trying to control the blush threatening to take over your face from her licking your cheeks without a warning. You would've blushed anyway, but now you felt your whole face going red.

Luckily, she didn't look at you and she ran with you down the halls. She was leading you somewhere, but where?

Then, finally, you two stopped after a while... in front of her shipping wall. You looked up at it in confusion and then back at Nepeta, who was looking at you with a sparkle in her eyes and a grin on her face. "What, did you find a new ship?"

"Yes, ___... I pawsitively did!" Nepeta let go of your hand and she walked over to a few boxes sitting next to her shipping wall. Then, she began to push them out of the way. But you were staring at your hand, relishing the warmth of her own in yours. It felt cold without her hand in yours, as if you had stuck it in ice cold water.

"___... Look!"

You looked up to find... You and herself... with red hearts all over the place. Underneath the two of you, it read "OTP". It didn't register in your brain for a long time, you stared at it in a daze. Then, you looked at her. She was grinning at you and you could hear her purring from where you were standing.

Suddenly, you rushed toward her and pulled her into a kiss, a kiss that felt so geniune and passionate that it was like a fairytale. She clung to you as you backed her up against the wall and only broke away for air. You two were out of breath, though you both were grinning and blushing madly. You looked into her olive eyes and stroked her cheek with one of your hands. She grabbed your hand and squeezed it, looking up at you. You could feel the chemistry in the air, the deep connection.

"Matesprits...?" You whispered.

"Matesprits..." Nepeta replied as she pulled you in for another kiss.
